What is a DTF transfer?
DTF (direct-to-film) is a heat-applied transfer printed on a special film. You press it onto cotton, polyester, blends, canvas — almost any textile, any color, no weeding. Our ultra-thin “phantom” film is soft enough that you barely feel it on the garment.
How does the gang sheet builder work?
Pick a sheet length on the Gang Sheets page and the builder opens. Upload your designs, drag, rotate, duplicate and pack them onto the sheet — you pay for the sheet, not per design. What you build is exactly what we print: the builder preview is your proof.
What files should I upload?
PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI is ideal. JPG works for full-rectangle designs, but anything without transparency prints as a solid block. Upload at the size you want to press — scaling a small file up makes it blurry, and we print what you place.
How wide are the sheets?
Our film is 33 cm wide and the printable area is 32.5 cm — a quality-control test strip runs along one edge of every print. Lengths go from 0.5 m up to 10 m per sheet.
How do I press DTF transfers?
Press at 150–160 °C (300–320 °F) for 10–15 seconds with medium-firm pressure. Let the film cool, then peel (cold peel). For maximum durability and a softer matte finish, press again for 5–10 seconds with parchment or a Teflon sheet over the design.
How do I wash printed garments?
Turn inside out, wash at 30 °C or below, skip bleach and fabric softener, and avoid tumble drying when possible. Never iron directly on the print. Treated well, DTF outlasts most screen prints.
How fast do you ship?
We usually print within 1–3 business days and ship DHL from Lauf an der Pegnitz, Bavaria. Germany arrives in 1–3 days after shipping, most of the EU in 3–7, worldwide in 7–14. Full rates are on the Shipping page.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Bancontact and Link at checkout, with more EU methods rolling out. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see your card details.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimums. The smallest gang sheet is 33 cm × 0.5 m for €5.90 — fill it with one design or twenty.
Do you do bulk or wholesale?
Yes — for recurring volume or anything beyond 10 m per order, contact us for a quote. Veteran-owned, and we take care of print shops.
