Our fault? We make it right.
Misprints, print defects, wrong sheet shipped, or damage in transit: email forge@phantomforge.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue (and the packaging, for transit damage). We reprint free of charge or refund — your choice. No returns theater, no “ship it back at your cost” games.
Why custom prints can't be “returned”
Every gang sheet is produced to the design you built — it has no value to anyone else. Under EU consumer law (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB), custom-made goods are excluded from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. That exclusion covers change-of-mind returns only; it never touches your rights when something is actually wrong with the print.
The builder is the proof
We print your gang sheet exactly as you built it — placement, size, rotation, everything. Low-resolution uploads, missing transparency, typos in your artwork or designs placed at the wrong size print exactly as submitted and don't count as defects. Not sure about a file? Ask us before ordering — we'd rather check than reprint.
