Most DTF suppliers are still running thick-film processes from three years ago. We were among the first in Europe to adopt an ultra-thin adhesive formulation that brings hand-feel to within striking distance of direct-to-garment — and our competitors still haven't caught on.
File requirements & care.
PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI is ideal. JPG works for full-rectangle designs, but anything without transparency prints as a solid block. Upload at the size you want pressed — we print exactly what you place.
Medium-high pressure, hot peel — remove the film while it's still warm. For finer, more detailed designs, let it cool completely first for a cleaner release, then press again for 3–5 seconds with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper to fully bond it.
Turn the garment inside out, wash at 30°C or below, skip bleach and fabric softener, and avoid tumble drying when possible. Never iron directly on the print. Treated well, DTF outlasts most screen prints.
