Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These terms govern all orders placed on www.phantomforge.co with Matthew Pyle, PhantomForge, Nelkenstr. 16, 91207 Lauf an der Pegnitz, Germany.

2. Ordering

Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. Completing checkout constitutes your binding offer; the contract is concluded when we accept it by sending the order confirmation email.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are final prices in euros. Under Germany's small-business rule (§ 19 UStG) no VAT is charged or shown. Shipping is displayed separately in the cart and at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe using the methods offered at checkout.

4. Delivery

We ship by DHL from Lauf an der Pegnitz, Germany. Production usually takes 1–3 business days plus transit — see the Shipping pagefor rates and estimates. Import duties outside the EU are the recipient's responsibility.

5. Custom goods — no withdrawal right

Gang sheets are produced to your individual specification, so the EU 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (§ 312g(2) no. 1 BGB). This only excludes change-of-mind returns — defects and misprints are always covered, see Returns & Reprints.

6. Print files

We print your gang sheet exactly as built in the builder — the builder preview is the proof. We are not liable for errors in submitted artwork (resolution, transparency, content, sizing). You confirm your designs do not infringe third-party rights (trademarks, copyright) and indemnify us against such claims.

7. Warranty & law

Statutory warranty rights apply. German law governs, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. Title to goods passes upon full payment.
