Calculate your gang sheet size.
Enter the width, height and quantity of your designs — the calculator instantly shows how much gang sheet you need, which length is cheapest, and what each print costs you. It uses the real print area: 32.5cm printable on 33cm film, with a 0.5cm gap between designs.

Estimate — the builder’s Auto-Nest usually packs even tighter.
Pack more, pay less.
A gang sheet — DTF film by the meter, from 0.5m to 10m — is the cheapest way to order DTF transfers. Instead of buying each design individually, you pack as many designs as you like onto one continuous 33cm-wide film and pay only for the length. The tighter you pack, the further your cost per print drops: a fully packed 1m sheet at €9.90 puts a 10 × 10cm print at roughly 37 cents.
The calculator above uses a simple row-based estimate: your designs are placed side by side on the 32.5cm printable width with 0.5cm gaps, row after row. With rotation enabled it checks both orientations and keeps the shorter one. The result is deliberately conservative — the Auto-Nest in our gang sheet builder often arranges mixed design sizes even tighter, so in practice you may need slightly less length than shown.
